The second type of stoke is an hemorrhagic stroke a. It occurs due to weakened vessels that burst and bleed into the brain. b. The blood then amasses and constricts adjacent brain tissue. c. Hemorrhagic strokes may be intracerebral (within the brain) or subarachnoid which occur from an aneurysm or atypical blood vessels. 3.
